Lee's latest curry outing was to celebrate his father-in-law's 70th birthday at a new restaurant in Aldridge called Indigo, a Bengali fusion restaurant.
Lee started with chilli paneer, always a good start! Then followed with veg balti madras. In hindsight Lee would have gone Vinda as the madras wasn't quite hot enough but the extra green chilli helped. The cheese nan was like a pizza, lovely!
Everybody commented how much flavoursome the food was! The 2 additional highlights were a) the restaurant is unlicensed so you can take your own booze and b) my father-in-law paid!
